These Terms of Use govern your use of the Lectra AI application as downloaded from the Apple App Store (iOS). This document incorporates by reference all provisions of the Lectra AI General Terms of Use and supplements them with Apple-specific provisions as required by Apple Inc. App Store Guidelines and Apple's mandatory End User Licence Agreement (EULA) requirements. In the event of any conflict between this document and the General Terms of Use, the provisions of this Apple-specific document shall prevail in relation to your use of the iOS application.

1. SCOPE OF LICENCE
LEGACY Network AG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Lectra AI iOS application ("App") on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This licence does not permit you to use the App on devices you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

2. IN-APP PURCHASE AND SUBSCRIPTION
All in-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS are processed by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be managed via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
Premium subscription options are:
(a) Weekly subscription: $4.99 per week
(b) Monthly subscription: $14.99 per month
(c) Annual subscription: $89.99 per year
For refunds, please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. LEGACY Network AG has no authority to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

3. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
LEGACY Network AG is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

4. WARRANTY
LEGACY Network AG is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

(c) Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
LEGACY Network AG, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including:

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, LEGACY Network AG, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

8. APPLE AS THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Liechtenstein, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
